For Nutrition Counseling, we are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UHC and this service is considered preventive care. Depending on your plan, a certain amount of preventive care visits are 100% covered by your insurance.

Over the last decade, Eddie has struggled with body image issues and injuries of his own. When in high school, he went to his coach because he felt terrible and his coach asked, “What have you eaten today?” In that moment, he realized the importance of nutrition and how much it affects the body.
