Mark Whittington II

Mark is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been training since 2010. His extensive continuing education includes a Tactical Training Specialist Certification,  Performance Coach Certification and Fitness Specialist Certification through EXOS. He has an extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working with everyday professionals and retirees. Mark approaches fitness as a lifelong behavior modification where we have continuous improvement. He defines his sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. His favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it!

Bryan Hamilton-Brown

Bryan was born and raised in Northern Virginia but moved to the United Kingdom in 2005. During his adolescence, he was overweight so he decided he wanted to make a positive change to his health. That’s when he fell in love with exercise and physiology. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and has been in the fitness and medical industry since 2011. He has worked in hospitals as well as strength and conditioning settings. In 2013, Bryan competed as a Natural Bodybuilder and Powerlifter, winning 1st place in the men’s Amateur Class and 3rd in the Open Division. Bryan lives in Cary with his wife Lanisa and two cats Cici and Link. He enjoys cooking delicious new recipes and does video game live streaming in his down time. Bryan’s certifications and specialities include: ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility & Recovery, TRX Suspension Training, Bodybuilding/Powerlifting, and Nutritional Coaching.

Jay Harris

Jay Harris is a wellness coach and personal trainer passionate about helping her clients reach their fitness goals. Whether you are brand new or a competition athlete, she specializes in helping you get strong, burn fat, and build a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is in her blood, as both of her parents were avid gym rats, and promoted the benefits of an active lifestyle from an early age. Jay played a variety of sports including soccer, gymnastics, mixed martial arts, and now participates in powerlifting competitions on Twitch, for which she is a founding member of its’ Fitness and Health community.  In her free time, she streams video games with her online community and works in her garden. She’s certified through AFAA and NASM for both group fitness and personal training and holds a variety of specialty certifications for senior fitness, nutrition, and martial arts. Positive and knowledgeable, Jay loves to push her clients to their maximum potential.

Emma Wiley

Emma is a personal trainer with a passion for challenging herself and others to reach their fitness goals. As a lifelong athlete, Emma has competed in swimming, lacrosse, soccer, and gymnastics. She continued her athletic career as a D1 gymnast at the College of William and Mary where she earned a scholarship and Academic All-American honors. Shortly after graduating in 2023 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, she became certified as a personal trainer through NASM. In addition to personal training, Emma does work in a biomedical research lab. She loves the science of fitness and learning more about optimal approaches for various populations. Emma brings a consistent positive attitude and loves motivating others to push themselves with a combination of strength and interval training.
