Bryan Hamilton-Brown
Bryan was born and raised in Northern Virginia but moved to the United Kingdom in 2005. During his adolescence, he was overweight so he decided he wanted to make a positive change to his health. That’s when he fell in love with exercise and physiology. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and has been in the fitness and medical industry since 2011. He has worked in hospitals as well as strength and conditioning settings. In 2013, Bryan competed as a Natural Bodybuilder and Powerlifter, winning 1st place in the men’s Amateur Class and 3rd in the Open Division. Bryan lives in Cary with his wife Lanisa and two cats Cici and Link. He enjoys cooking delicious new recipes and does video game live streaming in his down time. Bryan’s certifications and specialities include: ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility & Recovery, TRX Suspension Training, Bodybuilding/Powerlifting, and Nutritional Coaching.

Mark Whittington II
Mark is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been training since 2010. His extensive continuing education includes a Tactical Training Specialist Certification, Performance Coach Certification and Fitness Specialist Certification through EXOS. He has an extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working with everyday professionals and retirees. Mark approaches fitness as a lifelong behavior modification where we have continuous improvement. He defines his sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. His favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it!
