Anna Ohe

 

Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Coach, Anna Ohe, has been working professionally in the fitness industry for 7 years following her graduation from Meredith College. In addition to fitness, she brings with her a diverse background of athletics and dance. Her multidisciplinary approach to training helps her clients reach their fitness goals in the safest and most efficient way possible. She has experience with a wide variety of clients from sports performance to weight loss, ages 6-87. When not in the gym, you'll usually find her outside, cooking, or spending time with her 2 year old!

Bryan Hamilton-Brown

 

Bryan was born and raised in Northern Virginia but moved to the United Kingdom in 2005. During his adolescence, he was overweight so he decided he wanted to make a positive change to his health. That's when he fell in love with exercise and physiology. He has been in the fitness and medical industry for more than 5 years and has worked in hospital as well as strength and conditioning settings. In 2013, Bryan competed as a Natural Bodybuilder and Powerlifter, winning 1st place in the men’s Amateur Class and 3rd in the Open Division. Last year, Bryan married his wife Lanisa and has since made Cary his new home. Bryan’s certifications and specialities include: ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility & Recovery, TRX Suspension Training, Bodybuilding/Powerlifting, and Nutritional Coaching.

Camy Kennedy

 

Camy Kennedy is an ISSA Fitness Trainer specializing in confidence coaching. As a former NCAA collegiate athlete in volleyball, she understands the competitive nature of athletes. However, with a previous back injury herself she knows the importance of physical therapy and building a strong structure to maintain functional fitness. Camy aims to making training fun, and dives into mindset strategies to integrate your lifestyle for total wellness. When she's not working out or training clients, she's recording new episodes for her podcast Fit Faith Freedom or spending time with her dogs outside.

Mark Whittington II

 

Mark has spent the last 7 years in the Health & Fitness industry. Throughout his journey in the industry, Mark has had the opportunity to work in different markets with people from the ages of 5 to 81! He has been a personal trainer and performance coach in Greensboro, NC, a Program Director and Head Coach and Nutrition Consultant in Charlotte, NC and Virginia. His passion to push his clients to exceed their goals is undeniable.
